Technical Consulting

We are able to solve short term problems in relation to product and process non-conformance, microbiological quality, and spoilage or process performance. Our evaluations are based on experience in technical management, including quality assurance and product development of APIs, Diagnostic Test Kits, dairy products, chilled and frozen meals, fish and processed chicken and beef production.

The Biophys methodologies aim to determine the cause of the problem at hand using both long term experience and on site analytical evaluation. A short term solution will be defined to allow the process which has been halted to continue, whilst a long term solution to prevent reoccurrence of the problem is implemented

Development and Implementation of Validation and Qualification Protocols

The development and implementation of validation and/or qualification protocols is essential for the successful introduction of new products, processes or equipment. Biophys has experience in this field in the manufacture of APIs and Diagnostic Test Kits.

Vendor Development and Assurance:

(we have experience in Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Namibia,  China, Vietnam and Thailand.) The benefits of outsourcing of this process will reduce costs as operational staff do not have to be released for this process; and will supplement the organizations expertise which may not always include the work in other countries.
